Way better than competitor
I used a competitor, but found it was floppy, difficult to carry when open, subject to collapse causing the tablet to fall flat, and prone to losing Bluetooth connection with keyboard. I just purchased the Cooper Infinite Executive case/keyboard, so initial reaction: Much more substantial, holding tablet more rigid and stable, and much finer leather-like exterior. Flexible for different tablet sizes. So already impressive (also twice the price!) and we'll worth it!

I purchased a Cooper Executive…
I purchased a Cooper Executive Backlight Keyboard Case. I lost the ENTER key and wanted to replace this part. I reached out the Cooper which the responded the next day. I emailed the information requested. To my surprise within 1 week I received a brand new Cooper Case.🤗 The customer service as excellent!! I am so happy and love it Cooper Case.

I wish all companies were like Cooper Cases! Excellent service and when the item was not in stock they told me the reason for the delay and then when it was back in stock they told me it was sent. Well done! It actually came earlier than the original date. Fantastic service!

I love this case for my tablet with the…
I love this case for my tablet with the keyboard it worked really good and when I had a problem with the tabs breaking that held the tablet Their response was excellent and replaced it I love the lit up keyboard immensely I will buy another one when I get a bigger tablet with the keyboard their customer service was excellent staying in touch with me until I was completely satisfied
