Dear Simon, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read that you have yet to receive your order. I have tracked your package and can see that this is returned to the sender [us] for a reason—No Access to Delivery Location. If someone parks their car in front of it or is too close to mailboxes for the carrier to deliver mail without getting out of his vehicle safely, the mail delivery access point is considered blocked. When this happens, the carrier will not deliver, but hold the mail at the local post office until the mailboxes are no longer blocked. Safety is critical to the post office most especially in these challenging times. Postmasters are required to follow all the rules of driving, which may include no double parking, backing, etc. I have reached out to you via email to resolve the issue together. Dear Scott (Angell Richards), Thank you for your review. I understand how this unfortunate situation immensely upsets you. Cooper Cases products protect against regular use and day-to-day incidents like dropping the iPad. Meaning, the rugged case does not guarantee your device to be ultimately immune from breaks. It only reduces the chances. The screen protector's purpose is to prevent damage from impacts like scratches and glass breaking. Cracks in the middle imply that the iPad was bent. Or perhaps an outside force was acting directly and towards it. The screen protector is plastic. Plastic does not crack the screen. The incident with your iPad can be related to the first law of Inertia: Which states that an object will stay at rest until it is acted upon by an unbalanced force. Under such circumstances, making your iPad unbreakable all depends on how the iPad is used. Your purchase was done ten months ago. I assume the iPad and the rugged case were in perfect condition within the period. I have reached out to you via direct email to provide more information and discuss this further. Unfortunately, our logistics team do not operate on the weekends. USPS took charge of your package only on September 16th (Monday) at 12:05 am. Standard shipping within the USA is 3-7 business days. I can see a successful delivery in the evening hours of September 19th. I want to ask if the package received is in perfect working condition?
