I originally stated that I would never order from them again. I take that back. They were quick to see what my problems were and even quicker to fix them. The level of customer service I got was outstanding! Although the case is not exactly what I thought it would be my son loves that he doesn't have to hold his tablet anymore. When you have a child with special needs it's the little things that make all the difference! Thank you copper cases.
