Your service was great - I appreciate the quick delivery. The product is good. I wish that the Shift Key on the right side of keyboard was a bit larger. Its easy to hit the Up Arrow key when using shift. I take sales call notes & tend not to look at my keyboard or screen when typing and then later discover every thing is jumbled due to inadvertently hitting up arrow instead of shift. This case does not fold all the way back. This would be a nice feature to consider adding as well. I use my iPad for customer presentations and signatures. Not having this flexibility is a bit inconvenient/awkward. Besides that, I like the product and feel that the protective quality will be good.

Customer service is fantastic, product great. I’m giving 4 stars just because I ordered the white oak and they damaged it prior to shipping and did not have one to replace. My daughter wanted the white oak but I had to get my daughter the black oak because it’s her Christmas present and they were not getting a shipment in until before Christmas.

The online chat staff very helpful.as yet though have not recieved my order.parcel in transit.update-my order arrived and fits well.thanks.

The Cooper case I bought was a tablet case with a Bluetooth keyboard attached. For the first few months it worked very well, but unfortunately my sisters cases broke. It broke because the charging port came out with the charging cable. Sadly, after that my charging port started to become loose, I was delicate, but it only took a month for the charging port to come out as well.

The item is very useful and handy. The only downside is that it does not come with a touchpad, which is not a big issue considering that the device would function on touchscreen.

The product is excellent. I did not give 5 stars since I was sent the wrong case the first time since the web site selection process was poor.
