I can see that the item I have offered you is for a Cooper Touchpad Executive Keyboard, which fits your initial inquiry about a keyboard case that has a magnetic side and a touchpad/mousepad. You did not mention in your initial request that you need a keyboard case with a camera hole on it. Although I have offered you the item, it does not mean that you will really need to purchase the said item. The decision is still up to you if you would like to proceed with your purchase. Furthermore, the item I have offered you is for a Cooper touchpad, and you have purchased a Cooper Backlight, which is a different case. The product specification can also be seen on our website, which doesn't have any information that indicates the keyboard case with a camera hole. Your peace of mind is our top priority. Hello Jeff, Thank you for the product review, and I am sorry that the rugged case did not satisfy your grandson's iPad needs. EVA Foam is the main component of this rugged case, which may appear fluffy and colorful, thus attractive to kids. Although the rugged case does a great job of protecting your device, it is not able to save the gadget in situations like accidental-awkward fall or intentional rip, tug, or tear. Unfortunately, a case has not yet been designed that will 100% guarantee the protection of your iPad. Hello Neil, Thanks for the product feedback. Please accept my apologies for providing an unsatisfactory experience with the rugged case. We're sorry to hear that the case is not sturdy enough to hold the iPad. The rugged case is made of super lightweight EVA foam + the hinge of the handle is designed to fold to up to 110~ degrees angle when sitting upright. Given that the iPad nowadays are getting bigger and heavier in comparison to the first ones rolled out 10 years ago, the rugged case can only support your iPad when lying down or in landscape mode. Hello David, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to read about your poor experience. The case is designed to have a universal fit. It is meant to fit a large variety of tablets that normally don't have "made-to-fit" cases available for them. The universal fit is one of its benefits, as well as it's limitation. Some tablets, like your Chuwi H10 Air, won't get a perfect fit because buttons or ports may get obstructed. Please accept my sincere apologies for your disappointment. The emoji issue you mentioned is linked to the keyboard you are using on your iPad. I recommend using the default Apple keyboard for optimal usage. In regards to the NoteKee v MacBook Pro comparisons, we believe that $55.95 is a very reasonable price for such a premium and requisite accessory. We completely agree with your points regarding the MacBook Pro keyboard, it truly is a fantastic keyboard and something that we pay close attention to and strive to be on par with on our designs. Nevertheless, I think it is worth considering that the price difference between the Cooper NoteKee and Apple MacBook Pro are quite far apart.
