This is my second case. First one had a bit of a hinge problem. I use this constantly so may have been somewhat my fault. I had a glitch with my second order, totally my fault. Customer service was beyond awesome and instantly got me back on track. Love my case!

We ordered a keyboard for our Galaxy Note 10...after extensive trying and research on our part we simply could not get our new Cooper Case to sync with our device. We reached out to Cooper cases website and left our request for help. Within an hour a response was received from a tech Rep at Cooper cases and we were presented with a solution to our problem. In our situation it was to receive a new keyboard....period. What amazing customer service and quick problem solving! I will definitely shop Cooper cases again!

Our keyboard from Cooper Cases started to have a problem with some of the keys not functioning. I Went to their website and started a “chat” with Marj Ramas, one of the service reps on line at that time. She walked me thru a few steps to try to solve the problem including a reset procedure. After about 10 minutes of typing notes to Marj it was determined my keyboard was toast. She looked up the purchase date and found it was over a year out of warranty. I was assuming that would be the end of the conversation but Marj asked it she could have a few minutes to see if she could find some help for my issue. After a few minutes Marj came back online with an offer of a free replacement keyboard (including free shipping) to solve my problem and keep me as a satisfied customer. WOW—talk about great customer service. This was way beyond my expectations and I didn’t have to go thru 5 different customer service folks to get a response! I would have been happy with a discount on a replacement unit.
