far better experience than I thought it…
far better experience than I thought it would be. I'm just more concern with the maintenance on the vehicle at my expense if the truck breaks. Overall I would recommend Coop. The payout was quick and the response & communicate is professional for it to be my first trip I was pleased.

April, we are happy to have exceeded your expectations! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We want to ease your concerns about expenses when it comes to breakdowns. Know that we triage all breakdowns with third-party providers to be sure the reason for the breakdown is properly identified. The only costs you will be responsible for are those related to the general upkeep of your vehicle, those not caused by the Renter. Be sure to keep up with preventive maintenance in order to keep the health of your vehicle strong.

Was not happy with the one truck that got a ticket for no proper docs. Rest all reservations are good.

It would be great for a long term…
It would be great for a long term rental from a customer that we get paid by-weekly rather than once a month!
