About redeeming your money
yes, I’ve been having issues with my cash out as well. I have purchased a new phone and didn’t realize that this app was already downloaded on my old phone and when I downloaded on my new phone and I would do the whole procedure of identify myself and all that and it accepted it, but when I realized that I had the other app on my other phone, I would’ve had deleted that account right away and when they got time to redeem money at my other account, the one is up and running now they said I’m sorry we will just transfer your money over to your account. You just deleted basically they didn’t know I deleted it. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a good about a month now the app itself and I reached somebody but they’re not reaching back and I’m straight. I mean, I need this money.
