Ohhh they will butter you up and let you win some and I’ve been playing for over a year,up until they get tired and stop replying to your msgs for help and giving you the runaround. If ever there is a class action suit smh.

Cool Spin Slots has a good daily bonus and a great variety of games. The minimum to redeem prizes is very low and I’ve heard the redemption time is very fast. I just requested a redemption so I’ll find out personally soon.

my favorite off all time redeamed 1grand a couple times.

I won on cool spins casino 144.00 dollars and I have been waiting for days. I won 27.00 and they sent that to me but now when you try to speak to someone all of a sudden you can’t they don’t respond how do I speak to someone?

Wish I could give no stars and a warning been playing for over a year ,hit over 500 dollars and all of the sudden my account is a fraud because I use two devices both apple with same email and now can’t cash out can’t reach anyone for help . It’s a ghost town go figure I will never spend another dime on this scram if a website , shame on you you dirty little con artist

Total scam! Zero customer support! They have no problem taking your money for deposit to play BUT when it’s time to redeem money you’ve won they stop answering or responding to messages or emails. I’ve messaged thru the chat on the app 10 times a day for 5 days straight and not a single response! There’s to many online casinos that are reputable and pay when you win to waste your time , money or sanity! Coolspinslot is nothing more than a bunch of thieves!

yes, I’ve been having issues with my cash out as well. I have purchased a new phone and didn’t realize that this app was already downloaded on my old phone and when I downloaded on my new phone and I would do the whole procedure of identify myself and all that and it accepted it, but when I realized that I had the other app on my other phone, I would’ve had deleted that account right away and when they got time to redeem money at my other account, the one is up and running now they said I’m sorry we will just transfer your money over to your account. You just deleted basically they didn’t know I deleted it. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a good about a month now the app itself and I reached somebody but they’re not reaching back and I’m straight. I mean, I need this money.

I’m really disappointed. I have deposited and played on the app for a month or so. I was able to redeem my winnings once. I tried today to redeem and it won’t let me. I message in app support and I get no response. I’m really not happy. Also beware that the same people also run the other slot apps as well. They are ripping people off.
