Great experience

Good cart, got us everywhere we wanted to go.

All good!! We had a great time and good service

Staff were great For people who want more than just a drive by but cannot walk long distances this was perfect! Especially appreciated the ride back to the cruise ship. Driver of the shuttle van was most entertaining!!!

Rooms were just par for the price. Average Always took too long to get car. Valet person was very nice but sometimes got backed up. Probably would not choose to stay there again. Wanted a beach which was ok nice having waiter and beach chairs. Makeup mirror didnt work entire time. Told the maid but don’t think I was understood.

Excellent service

Reservation was easy, check in was smooth, staff was very helpful. They even provided a shuttle back to our cruise ship.

Great equipment and very convenient parking for free near Duval Street. All the employees were great and helpful.
