Top notch customer service Units squeaky clean. Loved that there was a trunk that locked.

Staff was great, seats were comfortable, boarding was easy and access to RR and food was good. My only complaint is this is a 4 hour trip, one way, and no internet?

Staff were great For people who want more than just a drive by but cannot walk long distances this was perfect! Especially appreciated the ride back to the cruise ship. Driver of the shuttle van was most entertaining!!!

The crew was amazing, they did all they could to make sure we had a great day. We didn´t se saw so much of the coral reef, mostly grey but I guess that is what to expect due to climat changes.

We had so much fun zipping around Key West on our 4-seater golf cart we rented from Hydro Thunder. Two of the best things were they picked us up where we were staying and the guy who checked us in. He gave us all kinds of local tips. He was a local himself and he was so very helpful. He even marked special places on a map. I only gave Hydro Thunder 4 stars because they failed to tell us their shuttle stopped at 6:00. We returned the cart at 6:30. However, it did save us a day of sore feet and aching backs walking the island. It was easy to find parking also. I would highly recommend Hydro Thunder for a golf cart rental but be aware that they close at 6:00 and you return the cart to a different location than where you pick it up.
