No customer service. Still waiting fot shirts

I ordered a shirt for Mothers Day. Unfortunately, you can't read the shirt because the letters are too dark for that color shirt. I have tried for more than a week to reach customer service with no success. The company has a very poor system for addressing concerns. I will never place another order.

The daughter "poster" wasn't even a 8"10 size. Very misleading for $29.00+ will never order from them again!!!!! Shame on you for ripping people off

I haven't received my order so the products might be great but the customer service is not adequate. I ordered a mug to arrive on time for my daughter-in-law's birthday, paid 5.99 USD for shipping and handling on April 20, 2019. It was shipped to the wrong address, no fault of mine. Today, May 3rd, I chatted with their customer service and they reordered the item which won't ship for another 10 days or so. Then another week to arrive. When I asked them to expedite shipping so it would arrive sooner, they said only "select" orders qualify. When I asked for this order to qualify, the agent disconnected the chat. Needless to say, I won't be ordering for Cool Family Tee again.

Customer support sucks. Will not call you. They us DHL and they also suck. So far my order has been setting in a DHL facility for 7 days and has yet to be delivered. DHL has all kinds of excuses. Package will be refused.

Very, very helpful in locating the top I was after just from a photo I sent them, also very quick response. I'm yet to receive the top but I'm sure it will be great

They don’t care about grammar. Won’t fix it, replace it or refund money.
