Very pleased with shirts that I ordered. Arrived in time for Fathers Day, and greatly enjoyed by my sons who were the recipients. Would def. order again from this company.

Wow. Does anyone monitor the reviews? If so you all need to address your customer service issues. It's almost impossible to speak with anyone and your complaints are ignored. Hanging up on customers- whoa!!!! My son was satisfied with his shirt although 35 was a lot for the quality of material. Could have went to the mall and had it done at a kiosk.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a tee for my wife. 2 weeks in advance I might add. I did this on a weekend and checked on it Tuesday. I saw that i wasn't going to get it in time, so I requested to cancel the order. Got got cookie cutter answers, and was finally told that cancellations had to be made within 2 hours of ordering. Again, I ordered it online on the weekend. BTW, this is not in writing ANYWHERE on their website. Via the chat function, I asked to see this policy in writing and was summarily "hung up" on. This round-about chat happened no less than 5 times. Other questions included, "Has it been printed?" How long will it take?" to which I got the boiler plate answer of "5-10 business days" and "I cannot confirm that at this time." I made it OVERLY clear that I had no problem with the "made to order" way they do it, but since we have a function planned it just wasn't going to work for me and to please cancel the order. Which sent us back to (basically) "No. Have a great day!" Horrible company, horrible customer service, and I am praying I see another of their ads on social media because this post is going in the comment section every time I do.

If you order, give yourself at least a month to get your package.Takes forever

Someone please help I cannot contact CFT’s because I need my order number to send email etc.. I do not have my order number nor can I find it any idea where this number would be and how do I return no order if I cannot speak to anyone???? Name is Cary Gould

I ordered a pillow case for my husband for our anniversary, when it came it had an error in the printing. I contacted customer service, they sent me a new one. The new one also had the same error in the printing. $35 is ALOT of money to pay for something that isn't correct!! I'm very upset about this. I thought they were a reputable company.

I ordered a shirt, paid for it but never got a confirmation, meaning i have no order number. I do however have proof of payment. I can't seem to find customer service to help me. All I want is to make sure my order went through, because my payment sure did.
