I've been using Cool Cat for many years. I requested a withdraw on Dec. 16th. Since then, I've been dealing with trying to get my docs approved. They keep telling me that my address doesn't match. I told them right, because I moved over 1.5yrs ago. It's almost a month and I'm still dealing with this address change so that I can get my payout. I don't understand, why CoolCat, you all can't figure out that I need you all to update my address in your system. I'm not sending docs based on the address you have in your system, it's based I where I live now. Their website indicates they're just a call or chat away. Well, there is NO PHONE NUMBER, the chat people confirmed that. Also, if your chat people are helping people, please make sure they're looking at the persons information and/or what they said they submitted. Stop giving people the impression that you're actually looking at anyone's issues. Sam Adams is apparently my "host". Sam, you're not doing a good job right now. Frederick Jones, never emailed like they said they would, Victor was going to be handling my case moving forward, but they weren't available after I resent the docs I was asked to resend again, and there was David Marino. He did okay, but said exactly what everyone else said. I resent all my documents in one email altogether again. David said I could reach out tomorrow since it generally takes 24hrs to process. What a scam. They give you what is supposed to be free spins you get through the play through and try to cash out but you have to deposit money in order to cash out. Classic scam. Don't waste your time.

It’s been awhile since I tried to cash out on 10/9/24 $2,000 and also $100 on 11/19/24 and it said it was approved by the manager on both transactions and never got my withdrawals even after giving them all my documents which was verified. Told I couldn’t get a check. So, gave them bank information for wire transfer and was told I couldn’t do it if it’s a joint account. Open a separate account and still I over 3 months. NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
