Withdrawal delayed played but haven’t been paid
I recently won on a no deposit bonus. The play through was 1400.00 and I’d started with 4 dollars. Ended up redeeming the 100 limit. As usual I was asked to verify my identity. I had to submit a document with my address. Had to resubmit it because I didn’t take the picture showing the complete document. So far the sevice has been subpar. It’s been ten days and that’s not the time limit the website says for withdrawals with bitcoin. I’m owed the money. It appears that CoolCat is trying to slow pay me and it’s unfortunate because I like the games and the ability to win seems fair. I will update this review if coolcat sends my payment today because yesterday my document was approved and it’s been ten days since I’ve submitted the request. So my rating so far is low at a level of 1 or 2. I’ll change it if they send payment.
