i too asked for advice on which size i should order ,i took there advice it was rediculously to small .im not fat at all the body shaper couldnt get it above my legs .after a lot of negitive correspondence they insulted me by offering me 3 dollars to compensate .i also told them where to stuff it . ive threatened with trading standards 'dont touch these people .

Ordered from them 13 July, supposedly tried to deliver 21st July. Promised to deliver 24th July. Still waiting. Customer Service atrocious, hiding behind 'on line' chats. Suspect a Scam.

I could cheerfully give this company NO stars! They should never be in business, customer service doesn’t exist. Want to return control pants which are too small and all I get is an automatic thing to fill in which just seems to vanish into cyberspace, time after time,it’s a disgrace.

Bought an item, was unsure what size I required so contacted the company who told me which to buy. Item arrived and was far to small, company will not refund or exchange (even though website states differently). After several emails they told me to give the item to a different person as it was good quality and I had paid a reasonable price, and then had the audacity to thank me for being a great customer. Well they know where they can shove their suggestions!

I put an item in my shopping cart late at night, next morning when I went to checkout, it had increased by £5! I've tried contacting them but it's a waste of time.

Ordered an item. Website clearly says they accept returns but they will not give me an address to return the item to. I expect even if I did return they would still not refund me. Very disappointing.

Purchased an item on 15.11.2022, it is now 16.5.2023 and still haven't received it. According to their records it had tried to be delivered but my address was not correct. I do know where I live and they had the address in full. Despite several emails all I get is that I am waiting for instructions as to what can be done. My last email was the 8.5.2023 and still not received a word. I would give a minus score if possible. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

If I could give it a minus, I would join everyone below. Ordered a product from them 2/4 and it still has not arrived. Have had umpteen emails from them, Evri, who are meant to be delivering it and just get the same message to go to the post office as it has arrived. They cannot tell me which post office though and my local one has nothing for me. Have disputed the transaction with my credit card company - they found a different amount paid to ExceptionM. Strange that their names are so similar. Don't deal with either of these companies - it's a scam!
