I ordered 2 flashlight umbrellas from this company. Not only did it take over a month to be delivered, they were both faulty. I was also overcharged by just under £10 - they did refund this but only once I contacted them. They claimed it was an IT fault. After numerous emails to the customer service team they could only offer me a £3 refund. I was asked to provide evidence of the faulty umbrellas via emailing them videos and they demanded both umbrellas were in the same video. Which was difficult as I bought one as a gift for someone that lives over an hour away from me. I was asked to replace the batteries but the umbrellas don’t come with batteries. When I asked for advice on how to add batteries I was ignored. I had no choice but to accept the refund as shipping the items back to the company would've cost me double or more than what I paid for them. RUBBISH COMPANY… AVOID! I almost thought it was a scam given the rude tone of the emails!

I have had a pair of these for a few years and love them.

Total scam of a company! DO NOT USE! I have reported them as after 4 weeks of waiting for my order the response from them was "we will look into and sorry" my order was not even on the tracking page as existed and when I questioned this I again had the same response but nothing changed as this went back and forth. I then demanded a refund as it was clear they had no intention of looking into and would not refund me either and just simply said " sorry, logistics is complicated and we don't deal with that side of things" I have had nothing from them since. They have thieved £40 of my money for picture frames I will probably never receive. It angers me to see they are still trading when this goes on.

the items I received were absolutely not the same as the goods adviertised , very very poor quality , nothing like the shape advertised . Unable to speak to anyone unable to return . Total Fraud !!!!

Waited 4 weeks for This ….bra is ill fitting non supportive and ugly with the see through material showing white pads nothing like advertised wrong sizing so small Answer:But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order. So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others? They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement these are terrible worst thing I’ve ever bought of the internet…offered $4 refund DONT BUY they are disgusting

Total waste of money, dress not what i ordered, no way was it a size 16 and customer service is a waste of time, will not refund said to give it to someone else 😲 Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a knitted dress that is nothing like the pictures you see, was expecting a warm dress for winter, arrived totally see through polyester .

I ordered 2 knit dresses, but when they arrived they were cheap polyester and not the same as advertised.
