The roller ball won’t roll! Useless if it doesn’t work!

Both castor oil bottles do not work. I am very disappointed!!! The rolls do not move at all, even after unscrewing the tops completely. I asked what I had to do to get a refund and they sent me a completed email, making it impossible to return.

I haven't used it enough to judge its actual value, but I have to say it is difficult to apply. The plastic ball roller doesn't roll freely at all! Rose quartz? Where is that? False advertising, I think.

It seemed a little messy when I sprayed on laundry, but the pieces I sprayed it on the stains were gone or much less stain.I have only used 1 time though.

DO NOT order from here. Places order over two month ago. Tracking starts and now my order has been in Utah and hasn't moved. Have not heard a word from the company either.

Zero stars...WORST COMPANY EVER! It's been nearly 2 months and I still have not received my order. The 1st tracking # I got showed it finally showed up in the US. When that didn't change I contacted them and gave me a different tracking # which showed it hadn't left the country it was coming from. When I asked for a refund they said they could give me one because it was in route. Then at one point I was told the shipping company lost my package and they would refund me minus the shipping and cost of their lost product! Which means I would get nothing. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN, like I did. :(

Shipping took forever.The product came in a small box with no instructions on installation.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item back in December 20 25 and paid over $31 for it. This is a company in China claiming to sell products from Italy. I have been going back-and-forth with them since they finally decided to answer my emails in late January claiming that the package has been delivered. They gave me a tracking number and long story short, the package never arrived to my doorstep. They do not refund they just keep sending you these scam emails saying the item has been delivered. Do not order from this company. They are not legitimate and they are not Truthful.
