ConvenienttoReviews of convenientto.com

I truly believe this company is corrupt. I have never experienced anything like this before. I ordered 3 storage containers and paid $124 and was sent three tiny flimsy bags worth maybe 3$ a piece at the most. The company lied to me and said they sent me the big storage containers even though I sent pictures of what I got which did not match what I ordered and paid for. They are lying and dishonest scumbags!!!!! Do NOT buy from them!!! They repeatedly said they sent me what I ordered but obviously they did not.

I put in an order for one car phone and I got charged for three car phones and I tried to stop the delivery. I tried to stop the shipment and I got no response. I really feel like I was mistreated by this company

I see that others have had the same experience of ordering things and not receiving them. Same thing happened to me. Now I am arguing with someone over email not getting anywhere. Which I only received because I began to give them a 1-star review. So, they emailed me right away. Fake tracking number, fake emails saying the item was on its way. No product. No refund. TOTAL SCAM!

Organic Golden Castor Oil Roll-On with Rose Quartz I would give this company zero stars if I could. I placed an order on May 1 and spent weeks being told my package was still in transit because it was shipping overseas. I was asked over and over to “please be patient.” Then, I received an email claiming my package had actually been delivered two weeks earlier—something they never told me at the time. When I explained that I never received it, customer service simply kept sending me the same tracking number and telling me it was delivered. The problem? The tracking number doesn’t work with any shipping carrier. They never tell you who the carrier is, and their own tracking page eventually says the tracking number cannot be found. I sent screenshots proving this multiple times, but every reply was the exact same copy-and-paste message: “Your package has been delivered. Here’s your tracking number.” At no point did anyone actually investigate the issue, offer to resend the product, or provide real customer service. They simply repeated the same response regardless of what I wrote. I’ve now filed a dispute through Venmo because I paid for a product I never received. Buyers beware. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect helpful customer service or a resolution.

Both castor oil bottles do not work. I am very disappointed!!! The rolls do not move at all, even after unscrewing the tops completely. I asked what I had to do to get a refund and they sent me a completed email, making it impossible to return.
