The items that I orded I was very pleased with. Good value for the money. However, tracking the order was confusing and not accurate. In spite of that, I would order from this business again.

Organic Golden Castor Oil Roll-On with Rose Quartz I would give this company zero stars if I could. I placed an order on May 1 and spent weeks being told my package was still in transit because it was shipping overseas. I was asked over and over to “please be patient.” Then, I received an email claiming my package had actually been delivered two weeks earlier—something they never told me at the time. When I explained that I never received it, customer service simply kept sending me the same tracking number and telling me it was delivered. The problem? The tracking number doesn’t work with any shipping carrier. They never tell you who the carrier is, and their own tracking page eventually says the tracking number cannot be found. I sent screenshots proving this multiple times, but every reply was the exact same copy-and-paste message: “Your package has been delivered. Here’s your tracking number.” At no point did anyone actually investigate the issue, offer to resend the product, or provide real customer service. They simply repeated the same response regardless of what I wrote. I’ve now filed a dispute through Venmo because I paid for a product I never received. Buyers beware. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect helpful customer service or a resolution.

The order took a long time to arrive. The clips are ok, but not anything that is special or different from those available at a local store. If there are hints or tips to using them that make them special, there were none provided with the package. I was hoping for something that could hold my hair in a low or high pony, but I am unable to close it for the high pony.
