Convene is the best space I've worked with in my 20 years of producing live events and conferences. Their staff will keep you organized and make your producing experience a breeze, no matter how stressed out you are. Highly recommended if their space fits your needs.

The customer service is amazing! The food is phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone! They are always early/on time and and flexible when it comes to last minute needs. We at Houlihan Lokey can't get enough of them! We have never had an issue they couldn't fix.

I had a great experience with Convene. They were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to others and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

I have work with your team at CityView and Commerce Square (Philadelphia PA). Both teams are great to work with and very accommodating. I travel a bunch for business and work with a number of different teams and your team is by far my favorite to work with. Your team has made me and my company feel like "part of the family." Thank you for all that you guys do!

Great, thank you so much!

Everything was great except... -Room was incredibly hot with attendees and presenters visibly sweating (was an unseasonably warm day for February) but even after calling building management the air barely cooled down all day and we had a lot of complaints. We couldn't keep doors open for airflow because of another event so were told to keep the doors shut to cool things down. Many attendees had to keep going in and out to cool down. -We had a reception from 5:30-7pm and were told that at 6:00pm that they were going to be testing the fire alarms and emergency system and that we could just "ignore it." We were able to get it delayed slightly but this was completely unacceptable and distracting to have going on during a networking event for high end executives.

I've only used Convene in the Tyson's VA location, but have been very impressed with both the facility and the service. I'll use them again for sure, and in other cities too.
