ConveneReviews of convene.com

Exceptional service, food and attention to detail. There is always someone assigned to your event to make sure all goes smoothly. Their IT support is top notch, yet alone the wonderful views from their meeting rooms! You won't be disappointed!

the support staff at the location in midtown west were fantastic! They were attentive and were able to respond to requests before we even realized we needed assistance. An Example of that was when a few of the meeting attendees put their jackets on. when we broke for a short 10 minutes, your team had already come in to the room to adjust the temperature. They then alerted me to what they had done and gave me their cell number to call in the event that we needed to adjust the temperature even more. The un-asked ask is critical to creating a warm and hospitable environment and the convene team nailed it!

We are doing two events next week at two different locations and it is night and day how much better everything has been with Convene compared to this other place. This is the best customer service and support.

Look forward to our next event! Kelsey and Dominique were so helpful for plan for an easy meeting! We did have a bit of an issue with the temperature in our room the first day, but they offered us some additional food options the next day to make up for the uncomfortable temperature! And they fixed it by the next day! Look forward to having an event with them again!

We have had two meetings at Convene in the past month and to say that the groups loved the venue would be an understatement! We had a third meeting at a different venue- similar in that it was all inclusive except we had to order outside catering. While we spent less money at the other venue, my boss was firm when she said that we should always use Convene unless they were booked! The natural light, food, technology, staff and creative environment were everything my groups could have asked for! 10 out of 10!

Although the location is spectacular, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially during our program. They were professional and very helpful. They worked with me to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were all comfortable. Our guests raved over the location and told us all that we needed to do all of them at that location. We Agree! HOWEVER, the location is extremely expensive. We paid nearly $16,000 for 35 people to use the facilities for 2 rooms. And even though we felt is was far more expensive than it should be, we were willing to book all of our 2020 programs with Convene. This is until we learned we had to pay 25% of the contract today to hold the dates on programs that were as far out as November 2020. We have our next program for 80 people at a hotel in Arlington and another hotel booked for 500 people in Dallas TX and all they needed to secure the dates was a credit card. They don't even require payment until AFTER the event. To expect us to pay $5000-10,000 now for programs we will hold in January, May and November of 2020 is utterly ridiculous and not something most businesses would be able to do, especially given that most of the funds to cover the event will be coming in from ticket sales to the event. I really wish they made it easier to want to or to be able to book the venue.

Convene is a meeting planner's dream venue! I've been a corporate event planner for over 30 years and my experience with Convene at Old Slip in New York was one of the best ever. The proposal/contract process was a breeze (we basically completed the entire process in two emails!) The Convene staff was extremely professional, courteous and could not have been more helpful! The only problem with Convene is that they are not yet located in every city in the U.S.!

Love Covene just the best
