They were there for us from start to finish. They made sure everything was perfect, and that we were taken care from catering, recording interviews, set up, and any random printing needs. i cannot recommend them enough!

We had a great event at Convene. The staff was attentive and provided support where needed. The space worked perfect for our corporate event. We will definitely be back. I look forward to working with Convene in the future.

We love using Convene for our team off-sites! They are a one stop shop and have the best customer service. We always leave feeling well fed and taken care of

Tech team was great, location was great, all of the people I worked with were great - can-do attitude, flexible, got things done quickly even last minute changes. The only negative was the room we rented had horribly coffee-stained carpets and looked dingy and poorly maintained. It really reflected badly on the space and made it look low-budget.

We have worked with some of the best venues in NYC, and Convene has been one of the easiest vendors to work with. I love the all-inclusive model because it really helps us budget accordingly rather than coming across an unexpected cost late in the game and ending up way over budget. The particular spaces we have used also have a beautiful aesthetic perfectly suited to the taste of our creative audience. If you are running a conference or a meeting, I highly recommend Convene! Ariel Sealing at 237 Park is the best!

We had a great experience with our April 24 meeting. The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. My one star rating is in regards to the management team (specifically Julie Noda) who ignored our requests for securing dates for future meetings - specifically 4-6 months prior to the scheduled meeting. We sent 2 emails to Julie and received no responses. As a result we have scheduled our October meeting at the Grand Hyatt in midtown instead as we prefer to do business with organizations who are willing to work with us and are responsive to our inquiries.
