Stay away! Horrible service that is pretty much nonexistent... I asked for them to transfer my CRJ purchase from Marketplace to their shop but they wouldn't help me. Very disappointed!

Hi, we’re sorry for the frustration, and we understand that you wanted all your add-ons in one place. Whether a purchase can be transferred from the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace to our shop is not our decision. The publisher of each product decides, and for this product the publisher doesn’t allow transfers. We have to follow that, even when we’d like to help. For all products whose publishers do allow it, our Order Transfer service moves your purchases to your Contrail account so you can manage them in the Contrail App.
