Not to be trusted
Not to be trusted, I wrote a review about a product i purchased . I had given it a 3 stars so it wasn't to their taste so they didn't publish it and declined the review. You can't trust a site that only publishes what they like, everyone is entilted to their opinion it gives the customer a broad spectrim, I won't be using this site again, I'll stick to the marketplace.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to share this. We’d like to clear up a misunderstanding: we don’t reject reviews because of their rating. Reviews of every rating appear on our product pages, including critical ones, and readers rely on that honest picture. What we do require is substance. A review should describe the experience with the product (what works, what doesn’t, on which simulator), so it actually helps other customers decide. That rule is shown on the review form. A review that doesn’t meet it is declined no matter how many stars it has. If you’d like to resubmit your review with a few details about your experience, we’ll gladly publish it, 3 stars included. You can also reach us any time at [email protected].
