We’re sorry to hear the study guides didn’t meet your expectations. The state exam can—and often does—pull questions from any sentence in every reference book. Because recreating the entire text would be impractical, our instructors highlight the passages that historically appear most often or cover concepts students struggle with. The intent isn’t that every exam question will be pre-highlighted, but that you can quickly locate the critical sections and, with the book tabs and practice tests, navigate to any page needed during the open-book exam. Most graduates tell us this targeted approach keeps study time manageable while still preparing them to look up less common questions on test day. We’d like to help you feel fully prepared. The exam sites are managed entirely by PSI, the testing vendor, and we don’t control their schedules or closures.
