Did not provide the correct literature
Did not provide the correct literature. Would look elsewhere next time. The CTC response is a joke! I live on the East Coast and not Colorado. Have no idea about their 5 start conversation with me. Totally made up.
Response from Contractor Training CenterOct 27, 2025
We’re sorry for the mix-up that led you to think the wrong literature was supplied. After reaching out, we learned the materials issue actually involved paperwork from the City of Boulder, Colorado—unrelated to your order from Contractor Training Center. We confirmed that the books and tabs you received from us matched your purchase and that your experience with our team was, in your words, “five stars.” If any other questions come up or you need additional resources, please let us know at [email protected] or 888-858-7350. We appreciate the chance to clarify and are always here to help. —Contractor Training Center

I paid for a webinar but was never allowed in
I paid for a webinar - mandatory continued education for the state of North Carolina scheduled for 4 PM on October 15, 2025 When I tried to join the webinar, I received a message that I was waiting to be let in by the host which never happened
Response from Contractor Training CenterOct 21, 2025
We’re sorry you could not get into the October 15 webinar. The start time for that session was moved, and reminder emails with the updated link went out in advance, but it appears they may have been filtered into a spam folder on your end. As soon as we saw you were stuck in the waiting room, we called the number on file and left a voicemail to reschedule. Your seat is now confirmed for the next North Carolina CE class, and we’ll report your hours immediately after you attend. If the new date does not work or you need help testing your connection beforehand, please contact us at [email protected] or 888-858-7350 so we can make sure you get into the session without a hitch. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the chance to make this right. —Contractor Training Center

Purchasing the materials and payment…
Purchasing the materials and payment processing was quick and easy. However, I found multiple errors on the online and printed materials, code reference was incorrect. Incorrect answer provided and multiple same answers on the practice exam and either one is incorrect( pick your luck in it). I passed the exam with different source of materials. How could a complaint provide and sell us the imperfection study materials. I am on the course to study another test but sure won’t purchase study materials for my next test.

Paid for the course and never received access. Slow response times when you ask for help. Will dispute charges with my bank if access isnt provided to me immediately for the course i paid for. If youre in a study time crunch i wouldnt recommend this company.
