We’re sorry for the confusion and the delay showing your CE with DPOR. Your course completion can only be reported once we receive the required license details from the post-course survey. In this case, that survey was not submitted with your license information, so we were unable to report your hours right away. As soon as we saw the issue, we emailed you to collect the missing details, and once we received them we submitted your 3 hours to DPOR immediately. Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify a few points regarding our books: some pages may have a tab without highlights which is intentional and part of the study structure. Additionally, the images and illustrations in the book do not indicate that the material is outdated. That’s why a large portion of the class centers on practice questions—each one is a drill in finding answers quickly with the tabbed and highlighted references. We realize that makes the online lessons feel different from a traditional lecture-style course, and we appreciate hearing that you’d like deeper coverage and better slide-zoom controls.
