A key goal of our program is to help students get comfortable navigating the reference materials and locating information quickly and confidently—because that’s the skill that helps most during the exam. Many students find that learning where to find answers (and how to move through the book efficiently) makes a major difference when they’re under time pressure. We also want to clarify that we do not have the exact questions and answers that will be on your exam. There are many different versions of the exam, and the content can vary, so we focus on building the ability to find correct answers using the approved references rather than memorizing a specific set of questions. That said, we understand your point about wanting more subject-matter teaching, and we appreciate you calling it out. If you’d like, we’re happy to help you directly with any topics you feel weren’t covered enough and show you exactly where they’re located in the reference so you can feel fully prepared on test day. Thank you for your feedback—and I’m sorry for the confusion with your book set. One of the books is currently on backorder and will ships separately as soon as it arrives. Occasionally, backorders occur when we are waiting on inventory from the publisher. A backorder notice should have been included inside the box, and we apologize if it was missing or overlooked. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify that our prep questions and answers are not the same as those found on the actual state exam, as we do not have access to the exact questions. Our goal is to help students navigate their course materials, understand how to locate information in the books and build confidence in applying that knowledge. In addition to practice questions, our course includes an Exam Tips & Strategies module, a New Student Orientation webinar, and a live one-hour weekly webinar where students can ask questions directly to an instructor. Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that the MHIC course has 55 questions, not 35. We are also actively working on expanding the question back do students will see different questions each time they access the course, helping reinforce learning and avoid repetition. Our program is designed to teach the concepts and help students learn how to navigate the required textbook/materials, so they feel confident when taking the state exam. We do not have access to the state’s actual exam questions, and we are not permitted to recreate or mirror them, so the questions in our course will not be identical to what appears on the official test. That said, we take concerns like yours seriously.
