The full practice exam is directly below the Pre-Assessment. In addition, below the assessment you’ll also see quizzes organized by book, and the complete practice exam is located below those quizzes as well. For reference, the ICC G13 full practice exam contains 80 questions, and you can take it unlimited times during your access period. I also sent you an email offering to walk you through the modules step-by-step so you can easily locate the quizzes and full practice exam. Thank you for your feedback. We understand this was frustrating. For North Carolina CE courses, the state requires active participation and verification throughout class, which includes being on camera as directed and attending from an appropriate stationary location. Students cannot participate while driving or riding in a vehicle, and we’re required to enforce these rules to remain compliant with NC CE regulations. Thank you for your feedback. The books you purchased were the current and correct edition at the time of your order, and they will remain current for the next four months. We also work hard to keep all of our materials as up to date as possible with the current state exam requirements and references. It sounds like you were expecting materials that would match an exam date several months in the future, but publishers and exam references can announce updates later on, sometimes after orders have already been processed. Our policy states Bookstore materials are sold according to the edition/version available on the date of purchase. Publisher and exam reference updates may occur after purchase and may impact which materials are recommended for a later exam date. Because these changes are outside our control and may be announced after an order is fulfilled, edition updates after purchase are not eligible for a refund or return, free replacement, or upgrade to a newer version. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and for the frustration this caused. After reviewing your order details, we can confirm that we shipped the exact book that was placed in the online order. That said, we understand you later realized the incorrect title/version was ordered. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we escalated the issue and have now shipped the correct book to you. You will also receive a return label so you can send the original book back at no cost. Thank you for your feedback. For the Class A/B exam, the NASCLA Contractors’ Guide to Business Law and Project Management must be the 11th edition. This requirement took effect February 1st of this year, and only the 11th edition is permitted. The 10th edition is no longer accepted. The 11th edition is also the required/accepted edition for the RBC exam. If you’d like to verify this from the testing administrator, you can confirm the approved reference materials directly with PSI, as they maintain the most current exam resource and edition requirements.
