Michael B.
Michael Bergondo’s review of CTC thus far.
Theresa McCrutcheon has been EXTREMELY HELPFUL with a situation that happened early on in my experience with CTC. She reached out to me personally after learning about the issue, and took extra time, attention and follow-up to ensure that the matter was resolved to my (the customer’s) satisfaction. She is the reason that I will HIGHLY recommend this program to my fellow contractors, and other family members, who are preparing to take the Contractor’s Exam. She has been amazing and her consistent and ongoing communication has been wonderful!! Theresa is AWESOME!!
