The customer service and follow up was…
The customer service and follow up was excellent. A Student advisor (Theresa McCutcheon) called to make sure I had everything & understood it all. Then followed up first thing next morning when I had emailed a question the night before. Communication from company all around was so helpful . I always use this company for that reason.

Exceptional Clarity and Engagement The instructor’s teaching style is uniquely engaging. His clear, matter‑of‑fact delivery kept me fully attentive and genuinely excited for each new point. This level of clarity made even complex topics easy to follow. His pacing and delivery kept me on the edge of my seat. The structure of the lessons made it easy to stay focused.

I love the on boarding process
I love the on boarding process. It was easy, and the agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. I called just knowing what I was looking for, but I didn’t know how to proceed. All it took was one phone call and boom. I had everything I needed. So I’m saying that to say, if you’re hesitant to call don’t be. Your one phone call away from your future.

Always a Good Experience
I have been using the contractor training center to renew my Florida contractors license for several years now. The 14 hour course is simple to navigate and if you happen to need any help, their customer service is beyond helpful. I always seem to have a question or two and I have to say when I email customer Service, they are back to me the same day to answer my question. Always super helpful, I can't say enough about their customer Service staff, Teresa and Nadine to name a couple. All is good with this company.
