Dear Greg, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. Our delivery timeline is within 3-5 business days. When your order was processed last Friday, we have updated the tracking details, but this doesn't mean our warehouse can ship your order right away. Our warehouse is closed during the weekends and can only ship this today, but since you have decided to cancel, we have requested our warehouse team to just cancel the shipment. Hello Mr. Clements, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I’m sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met your expectations on this occasion. Upon checking your order, it shows that the product you ordered falls under Hazmat (hazardous material) category. There are certain chemicals on the product that is delicate which required the product to be handled differently upon shipping which explains the $35 hazmat fee. Such information is presented to you when you purchased our product on our website. There was a tick box which you clicked and agreed to pay for that hazmat fee.
