Ordering was fast and convenient however shipping charges were steep. However this product is not easily found at local builders supply

Thank you for the 5-stars! Sorry about the shipping, it was a charge from UPS that we have no control over. We hope to serve you again soon!

Everything arrived in perfect order and much faster than expected. The driver was careful to leave the shipment in a safe spot where it would not interfere with my work.

I ordered Lacquer Retarder. The product was received in 4 days, via ground shipment, from the time I ordered it. The Lacquer Retarder, shipped via UPS, arrived in good condition. The supplier kept me up to date on the shipment progress along with a tracking number, which was easy to use as it was embedded in their e-mail, versus having to type the tracking number into the UPS website or go to the suppliers website. Now I need to work on correcting my "blush" problem with the humidity in my area.
