Screw you people, every time I try to write about the situatiion you erase it before I.m done CONTAINER ONE IS A VERY BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Get your container from another company

Purchased CW container for $3489 and paid up-front per the requirement of ContainerONE. When the delivery was made, the driver stated that he walked in, took several pictures, and forwarded them to a broker who approved the delivery w/o inspection. I told him that I did not want this container because of the shape it was in, but he told me that he couldn’t take it back and that I would have to file a claim. That I did. I was informed that it would cost $3158 to ship it back. My inspection revealed: -Rubber gasket on door inside edges were cracked, split, and pieces missing. -Right-hand door had to be forced to close and latch. -Left-hand door was bent in 3/4* inches at the center from the right-hand door. -Locking handle on the left-hand door had been broken off and re-welded with a bad weld. -Left sidewall did not pass the light test. Split in wall had been repaired with a bad weld that had an active crack and two holes that allowed light to pass through. -Corrugations on left-hand sidewall were flattened by impact in a large area. -Couldn’t inspect the undercarriage. -Floor was delaminating and curling up on the outside edges. Caulk between the sidewalls and floor is loose, it does not adhere to the wall or floor. -Wind can be felt between the cracks between the floor panels. -Walls and tie-downs on the lower part of the walls are badly corroded by something. Rust and paint covering the rust is falling off the wall. ContainerONE’s fix was to ship a patch that the customer had to put on at their own expense. This does not match their warranty that says all repairs would be made by ContainerONE. They also stated that it was up to the customer to get the container inspected. They would refund $100. This review is after their so-called customer service review.

We called and spoke to Derick, we inquired about a 40 ft long high-top shipping container. We spoke to him about having it delivered. He advised if it could not be delivered there would be a full refund. So we made the purchase through financing. Later after numerous conversations with logistics and sending pictures they had a driver look at our location. The driver said it could not be done. We then contacted Deric for a refund. He never responded so we finally were directed to CFO Cary Lawson. He said he would look into it, and see what he could do (spoke with my wife). I called and spoke to him and he advised I sue the sales man Derick and hung up on me. I then called and was sent to the Owner he was even less helpful. He continually blamed us for the issues and canceling. I explained we were told we would be refunded in full if the container could not be delivered. He denied this and even stated his salesman could lie. They could do what ever they wanted. We had checked a terms and conditions button and we owed the $350.00 to cancel the order. I explained that we were never informed of this and we never agreed. He said come to OHIO and sue me. We have been sued for this more than one time and don't care. I said I would file suit in WV and he said he would simply give WV the middle finger. Wv can not touch me and hung up.
