Was promised a Carrier refrigeration…
Was promised a Carrier refrigeration unit, it ended up being a Star Cool unit. It needed $1000.00 in repairs within a week of start up

The doors are hard to open and close…
The doors are hard to open and close and got leaks and I’ve called and emailed and try to come to a reasonable solution but container one employees was rude and not helpful at all … I need two more but the container and the service was horrible but delivery was excellent and very professional..thanks Donald E Richardson

Every container goes through a Five-Point Inspection before delivery, and any delivery concerns should also be noted at the time of delivery. In this case, the door-opening issue was not documented then, but we understand your concern now that you have had more time with the container. I expected a possibly beat up patched…
I expected a possibly beat up patched up container but I did not expect for the doors not to swing and latch properly they are so rusted up they do not want to swing nor do they want to close into the container properly the delivery man wonderful idea was to grease or you step to enter to make it close better I never heard such an idiotic idea in my life nor did he want to wiggle his trailer around to get it lined up where I wanted it exactly and he didn't so I had to move it over a foot on one end which made me very unhappy because I suck her head over 250 ft to be able to move around him I'm an old semi driver and if he can't put that little thing in for a semi would go or something really wrong with that dude and you want to know how to improve or make sure the doors work the rest of it don't really matter as long as it's water tight you can always paint it make sure the doors work

I trusted that I would get what I paid…
I trusted that I would get what I paid for. I did not This was not a discounted item because of the condition this was sold as a solid water type piece. Ultimately that’s not what happened I ended up with a rusted up. Rust holes hinges don’t don’t work so doors don’t open and close I’m 72 years old I contacted there complaint line That ended up to be a waste of texts and time . Then they texted me they dropped the case . Convenient I just wanted what I paid for not junk a little rust is fine, metal rusts NOT being able to function open and close tends to be a REAL issue…..

I was not told about leveling the…
I was not told about leveling the container. I was told later you don’t provide those services. My container remains unused because I cannot find someone to level it. Thanks for that. What a waste

When the driver delivered he told my…
When the driver delivered he told my wife he wasn't able to back up But where he put it, it's still setting there it's on an incline in the ground was wearable, so I don't have anything much to say about you with the driver was a sorry driver.I wasn't here.He took advantage of my wife and my daughter

For safe placement, the delivery area has to allow enough solid, stable ground for the truck to unload properly, and sometimes the exact drop location may need to be adjusted based on site conditions at the time of delivery. The container leaked from the beginning…
The container leaked from the beginning first rain and snow we had the roof leak I took videos and pictures they wanted to know where it was leaking from I said the roof they said well you need to be more specific I had already loaded it many things got ruined and damaged and they wouldn't do anything about it I told him I would take him to small claims Court they they told me it was my responsibility to fix the leak even though I had a guarantee that it wouldn't leak for 5 years
