the start was a bit rough due to some computer glitch. Once we got it figured out the rest went pretty much ok. I am pleased with my box and look forward to my next purchase.

Other than a few problems in arranging delivery date and time. Once I recieved a date and time the delivery went well. The delivery driver was very skilled, he was able to place my container right where I wanted. He was very professional, friendy and skilled. I was very satisfied and impressed with the delivery. The only problem I found with the contained is when opening when opening the door it makes an extremely loud sqaulling sound. I have used oil, WD 40, liquid silicone and graphite on the hinges to no avail. I found the container had probably been slammed against a hard object bent the frame slightly near hinges. I was able to straighten the damaged area and the problem has persisted. I drilled and tapped each of the four hinges and installed Zirt (grease) fitting and I was able to insert grease in each hinges and the door still screams when it is opened. If you have any suggestions as to how I can take care of this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, respectfully Gus Lind.

sounds like you covered the lubriciation very well. We find the more you use them that this issue will go away.

Like brand new couldn’t be happier. Only issue was driver wouldn’t bring it down a road that tractor trailers drive on said it was too curvy. Had to pay another $175 dollars for someone to bring it to my house. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for delivery.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the container arrived in excellent condition and that you were happy with the unit itself. Delivery access can be limited by the space required for our 40’ hydraulic tilt trailer, including the need for a long, straight, unobstructed path, adequate width, and enough height clearance during unloading. The trailer also cannot turn within the required unload space, so even roads used by tractor trailers may still not work for this type of delivery setup. We understand the extra cost to get the container the rest of the way was frustrating, and we appreciate you pointing that out.

Price was average. But delivery was delayed causing much additional cost. I would try a different company in the future.

Delivery can sometimes take longer than expected because scheduling depends on several moving parts, including container availability, transportation logistics, distance from the inventory location, weather, and site conditions. We know that does not lessen the impact when timing affects a customer’s plans, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.

When I ordered the container, I was informed that earlier scheduled deliveries would be completed first. After that, we received 3 inches of rain along with a couple of smaller rains, which required an additional week for the ground to dry out. Altogether, the container took roughly a month to arrive. I stayed in regular contact with the sales representative, Cathy Ford, as well as the company dispatcher, Dave Davis. Given the heavy rains, I can understand how deliveries may have been delayed. The driver called ahead and gave me the exact time he would arrive, and he showed up right on schedule. The container — a 40' HC, 9'6" one‑trip unit — was in perfect condition inside and out. We set it on railroad ties in both the front and rear. The driver was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and took photos of the container’s interior and exterior to document its condition and delivery. After signing off, he headed out. I am satisfied with the entire operation. I can clearly see why dry ground is necessary — the 8,000‑pound container and the flatbed trailer left noticeable impressions in the soil. If the ground had been wet, it would not have been ideal. The driver reassured me of that as well.

Delivery was great and as scheduled. Container came with a 5 year warranty against leaks. IT LEAKS! I'm in the process of contacting Container One to have the problem fixed.
