Your container is exactly the grade you pruchased. You still have a warranty on the lower grade of container you purchased. Sorry you are unhappy with the container and you can upgrade at anytime.

That said, Container One does not make up charges or mislead customers about delivery dates. Delivery scheduling depends on driver availability, route conditions, and site readiness, and when those factors change, our team has to adjust accordingly. The unit purchased was a Wind and Water Tight (WWT) container, which is a functional grade intended to provide secure, weather-resistant storage, while cosmetic wear and signs of prior use can still be expected on a used unit. Our reps do their part to explain the different container grades in detail and what customers should expect from each option before purchase. When appearance is especially important, we typically recommend New/1-Trip containers because they offer the best cosmetic condition. We do honor our warranty, and our records show that your concern was moved into the claims process, that photos were requested and reviewed, and that a repair patch was sent as part of that warranty process. Please level your contaier and your doors will work properly. During inspection with you at delivery the doors functions correctly and you signed off on them. Wehave videos and instructions on how to level.

Wow, we are very specific on how we delivery containers. We can only drop them on the ground with our tiltbed trailers. If you needed them lifted onto a frame you have to get a crane or a large forklift to do that. Nowhere on our site do we say we will lift the containers and and we are very specific and have videos of how we delivery all containers on the ground. As far as grade of the container you bought it is on grade. If you want a container that is new we recomment a 1tri container and it will not have previous repairs. We have a warranty to protect you from any leads or structure issue you may have.
