She also went above and beyond by making me aware of discounts and savings that I qualified for, which I genuinely appreciated. A lot of businesses will allow a customer to spend more than necessary without saying a word, so the fact that she proactively looked for ways to help me save money showed me that she was focused on building a relationship with the customer and not just completing a transaction.
