contactlensXchangeReviews of contactlensxchange.com

I have ordered form contactlensxchange.com for over 2 years now, and have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service, Good pricing and prompt delivery. They can continue to count on me as a repeat customer. So refreshing to find a trustworthy company.

First, I read through a few other reviews. It seemed there were one or two people with bad reviews for reasons that hardly seemed like the company's fault. It is unfortunate that people are way more likely to go out of their way to write a negative review than to go out of their way to write a good review when they do receive great service. I would like to change that. I sincerely wish all retailers would switch to the same customer service model as contactlensxchange. I've ordered with them on four separate occasions over the past few years. Every time has left me feeling completely satisfied. I order online, and each time, I will receive a confirmation receipt immediately after the payment process. The receipt will state all the relevant information about my order and I am assured that I have ordered the right item. There is one time that I had accidentally processed my order with the wrong prescription and it was quickly resolved when I contacted the customer service (On the same day) . I am impressed by the level of service that I received. I'm really hoping that there are other people out there that feel the same way. I'm tired of some companies that only care about your money and not you as an individual. The contacts are just contacts; the way the employees treat the customers, that is what makes this company GREAT! Please keep up the great work.

I have ordered color contact lenses from contactlensxchange for 2+ years and have been 100% satisfied every time they arrived. I've ordered a dozen contacts over the years from here, and I'm beyond thrilled. Although not every color flatters me, the ones that do are stunning, What is also nice is the pricing is just perfect and they are always having some kind of a sale. This lens shop is amazing they have such a huge collection of different color and design contacts that are affordable and come in prescription. I have been wearing contact lens for almost 3 years now. I had been ordering from a few contact lens online stores. From my experience, Contactlensxchange is the best store that you can find which will fulfil all my needs. I find that their customer service staff had been very helpful and patience. They will answer my queries professionally and promptly without fail. This is what I like about Contactlensxchange !!! They will always provide me with a tracking number when they had shipped the products. Based on this information, I am able to track where is my package. I always received my products and it was in excellent condition and on time. I had no issue accessing their website as their website is very easy to navigate. I can easily choose the products that I want. The payment process is very well organised and simple. Payment is NEVER a hassle. I would strongly recommend them to my friends and anyone who wants to buy contact lens online. I had never regret on my decisions to buy from them. You had secured me as your loyal customer ! I was recommended to this web store from my sister. I have been buying products from contactlensxchange for approximately 2 years now. Since then I have been ordering from them regularly and all my lenses were shipped out on a timely manner without any problem. Their shipping time (although it takes a while if you are from overseas) is reliable and trustworthy. They will provide you a tracking number so that you will know once your order is safely in your country. They have a friendly and responsive customer service support if you have any enquiry. The administrators and staff will always answer your enquiry promptly. Their website is well-maintained and easy to navigate. I have never had any problems with contactlensxchange. Everything that I have ever received was secure and always in great condition. Shipping might takes a while if you ordered it during the Year end festive season. But it's DEFINITELY worth the wait !!! Their cosmetic lenses are spectacular, high quality and authentic and I always feel excited when I receive them in the mail. There was no hassle in the ordering process and most importantly, the cosmetic lens is AUTHENTIC and it looks terrific on me ! Everything in regards to doing business with this company have been easy. I felt my needs are very well cared for by them.

Received ny lenses on the 19th September after ordering on the 10th. I live in England, so was really pleased with the quick delivery. I have astigmatism and a fairly high powered prescription. You can't get toric coloured lenses which is a big shame. I have dark brown eyes and I wanted to change up my image a little. I was originally looking for a dark hazel lens but as I Saud they are not available in toric lenses.I then came across Boots the chemist doing accuvue define lenses. But what they were offering wasn't great. And I wasn't too impressed with the price for so little a difference. I searched online and noticed that far eastern countries were prolific in contact lens products. I didn't like the idea of these Circle lenses which appear to damage eye health. So I went for the accuvue vivid lens from contact lens. Before, I placed the order I emailed their customer service to make sure I was doing the right thing. I gave them my prescription and they replied that these lenses are not designed for astigmatism. They suggested I adjust my prescription up, that could compensate a fair bit for vision quality. So the lenses arrived. They came in original genuine accuvue packaging. I wear Accuvue Moist for astigmatism normally, so I know the packaging. They are extremely comfortable which is what I expect from Accuvue. My family could see their was something different about me but couldn't work out what. My husband said my eyes looked beautiful, but thought it was my make up. So I was pleased with the affect. Unfortunately because, they are not completely the right prescription I'd wear them for social occasions only and not for work which has a lot of reading and pc work. I will use Contact lens Exchange again and maybe use them for my regular prescription.

Contactlensxchange is the perfect place to buy your lens. They have a large variety of lens and most of them can be adjusted to each of your eye power. The website is extremely easy to navigate and I was able to find exactly what I wanted in no time. Every contact lens that I had ordered came in perfect condition. Although the delivery time sometimes can be longer when you choose certain lens design which are rare or unique. It’s worth the wait if you are looking for something exclusive and you want it to be special ! The price of the lens are perfect. There are some which is more expensive but you can always find cheaper lenses as well. Most of them are affordable and wonderful too. The delivery time is superb as well. Their customer service is amazing and so personalized. They absolutely take good care of their customers. Always listening to your needs and trustworthy. I highly recommend to buy from them!!! I got several pairs of cosmetic lenses so far and they are beautiful. All the lens I ordered are in excellent condition. I received many praises from my friends and sometimes strangers too on the lenses which I worn. Contactlensxchange is my Number 1 choice and most favored lens store.
