lying scumbags. "here's your discount... and here's our processing fee, which makes your "discounted" price just slightly higher than our regular price". When I called them on this, their only response was, "that's what the OTHER companies do too!"

Sent wrong prescription. Never verified with the eye Dr. They send out prescriptions s without Dr approval. Will not refund or exchange.

very bad customer service , back ordered my contact lenses that I had paid 2 days delivery without any updates . I had called after 10 days of waitting to be notified of that .

I paid for delivery. They left my package at a UPS store, and I had to go pick them up. This process took two weeks. So much for paying for two day delivery! I paid for delivery, not pick up! And customer service was slow, unhelpful and not responsive. I asked for my shipping to be reimbursed but was refused! So I paid for contacts that took two weeks, were not delivered and paid handsomely for the inconvenience. I was a long term customer, over 5 years. They did not care.

Can't I leave zero stars? Twice now this company has delayed shipping my order by over a month. Each time I have had to ask for the update to find out the bad news. Buyer beware. if you'd like a company to hang onto your money without providing you with anything in the meantime, or if you don't really need new contacts literally any time soon, go ahead and order from them. it'll be great. I appreciate the response. But if you are having daily contact with Bausch and Lomb, why were you all not notifying me of these delays until I've asked for these updates? That is on you, not on them. Your team allowed my prescription to expire without providing me critical information that would've allowed me to make another choice. Also, I'd appreciate a response to my last email. thanks.

First time trying Contact Lens King, Inc. and it will be the last. Been buying contacts for 10+ years and never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. I ordered two 24 packs shortly after I tried my trail pair which were great. I opened my new pair of contacts from Contact Lens King, Inc. assuming they were fine but once I placed them in my eyes I immediately realized there was something wrong. After consulting my eye doctor I was told my contacts were incorrect. So CLK sent me the wrong prescription. I asked if I could return them but they said I couldn't because I opened them. My phone conversation with the supervisor Tracey wasn't pleasant either. She came up with every excuse on how she could blame me and how it's my fault. I was totally respectable and polite but was given an attitude for no reason. I've done customer service for more than 20 years and this service was very disappointing. After practically begging them to work with me to resolve this they said they could send the correct ones and replace my order if I send them a copy of the prescription. Once I got a copy of prescription I sent it over to CLK. They said they couldn't replace them because the brand I ordered don't come in that size. They said they could send me a different brand and I agreed thinking I was going to get what I paid for. They tried to pull a fast one on me by saying they'll send me a replacement order but instead they were going to send me one free 6 pack for one eye and I had to pay for the other 6 pack for my other eye. Oh and no refund for the $172 I spent on the first order. I now have $172 worth of contacts that are essentially garbage. I came to this company to save and winded up getting robbed! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

J'ai commedé mes lentilles es de contact. Elles ont été livrées par - 42° l'hiver dernier. Inquiet de retrouver mes lentilles complètement gelées, j'ai fait un appel au service à la clientèle. On m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de problèmes. Que j'avais simplement à les laisser dégeler pour les mettre comme si rien ne s'était passé. Depuis, mes verres déchirent 1 fois sur 2 quand je les installe ou quand je les retire. J'ai ainsi perdu beaucoup et les services client et livraison sont très mauvais selon mon expérience. Ne pas commencer en hiver.

PROCESSING FEES FOR WHAT??? i found good deal on contact lenses but later they charge 63bucks processing fees which was higher then my contact lenses... i found this scam
