HI Shadid. As an authorized retailer we are only permitted to sell contact lenses not prescribe them. Under Federal and State Laws, anyone permitted to issue prescriptions for contact lenses include ophthalmologists, optometrists, and licensed optician. Hi Seth. I sincerely apologize about the delay in shipping from our facility. We had a system update over the weekend that had taken longer than expected. Upon looking into your order we did ship out on 6/28 as advised by the agent you spoke with via UPS Next Day Air. Unfortunately, Contact Lens King is not responsible for the specific times UPS or any carrier wants to deliver to your address. However, I do see UPS did deliver on 6/29 fulfilling their service of Next Day Air. Again, I sincerely apologize in our system taking longer than expected to update causing a delay in shipping your order from our facility.

Hi Randy. I sincerely apologize that we do not ship internationally. I do see on 5/16 our customer service team emailed you (the one on file) advising that we cannot ship internationally and asked for an alternative address. I see when you emailed us for a status you were using another email that we did not have to contact you. I do apologize you did not receive the other email however, that was the only email we had on file. Again, I apologize for any inconveniences.

Recently, we’ve noticed that our competitors have introduced and implemented this tool, used as a means of allowing their upfront display prices on various online advertising channels to appear more competitive. As we know, when a company advertises a lower price, there is increased traffic to their website. However, in spite of the fact that we offer the lowest bottom line prices, we experienced a decrease in traffic and total orders. Through re-evaluation, and despite our discomfort, we have made the tough decision to adopt the practice as well. Contact Lens King is firmly committed to offering the lowest bottom line prices online, and we want our customers to rest assured that through us, you will always see significant savings in your pocketbook - even with the fee.  We totally understand that this additional fee can be frustrating, or even infuriating, but we invite you to compare our bottom line prices with our competitors’. On the product page under the cost of the item you can click on the "read more" which will display a pop-up explaining the fee and shows the price per box before adding items to the cart. Hi Customer. I apologize you experienced issues with your order and the verification process. Upon looking into your order, I do see we tried to reach out to your doctors office to verify your prescription. After 8 business hours your doctors office did not respond. Federal Law states, after those 8 business hours we can fill the order as entered online by the customer. If you have not opened the box of lenses and it complies with our return policy please contact our customer service team and we would be happy to send you return instructions and help place the order for the correct set of lenses. We appreciate your business and hope you purchase from Contact Lens King in the future.

Hi Mandy. I apologize for the production delay with the manufacturer. As an authorized retailer we order directly from them and unfortunately, have to wait if they encounter any delays. We make daily calls to the manufacturer and do our very best to get your product in as soon as we can. The reason our team could not help you place another order for a different brand is because contact lenses are a medical device and you are required by Federal Law to have a prescription for each brand you are purchasing. Unfortunately, you did not have an alternative brand that your doctor prescribed you so our customer service team politely informed you that you would need to speak to your doctor or wait till the manufacturer was able to send us the lenses. Again, I apologize for the manufacturer delay and any inconveniences this may have caused you.

Looking into your shipment I do see we shipped out your product on 12/14/2022 via Priority Mail with USPS, as you selected during the time you placed the order. Per your tracking it shows it was delivered the next day. Due to USPS delivering the package will within their time frame, we were unable to refund your postage. We do appreciate your business and hope you consider placing your next order with us.
