HI. I apologize for the frustration regarding the processing fee. To get an estimate cost, our site does not require you to enter all your information or upload your prescription. This is only required once the account has been created. When you land our our product page it will clearly state under the cost of the product: this item is on sale and not eligible for any coupons, a processing fee will apply. Clicking on the read more will display a popup explaining the fee and showing the price per box. Once the items are added to the cart, all charges will be broken out to ensure transparency about all pricing.

HI. I apologize for the frustration regarding the processing fee. As you read on our website, the processing fee is associated with the sales cost of the item and is priced per box. However, we do welcome all our customers to do their own price comparison to see for themselves that in most instances we offer the lowest bottom price. It is also important to note Contact Lens King is an authorized retailer, receiving all our lenses sealed and packaged directly from the manufacturer. HI. I apologize for any conveniences the delay with the manufacturer caused you. We do work daily with each manufacturer to ensure our products come in a timely manner. Due to this delay, we did upgrade you to 2nd day delivery at no additional cost. I sincerely apologize you feel our customer service team was less then the exceptional service we pride ourselves on. During the time you contacted our customer service, the agent was only able to provide you with the information that had been given to them from the manufacturer, which unfortunately was not an exact date of arrival. Again, as an authorized retailer we do our best to work with the manufacturers daily to ensure we receive all products in a timely manner. We appreciate your feedback and hope you choose us again in the future.

HI. I do apologize for your frustration. It does state on our website under product availability that these particular lenses need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. During the time you place your order I would highly recommend reaching out to us so we can check product availability and see if we do have any in the warehouse. Upon looking into your order, I see the order has been shipping last week.

HI. I apologize you had a delay in delivery. Our records show we did ship out within the time frame indicated on our website. However, Contact Lens King is not responsible for any delays the carriers may encounter. If the carriers do have a delay, you may call us and we will work with you and try to resolve the situation. If you would like to provide your order information I would be happy to look into what could have caused any questionable delays. Our rates are based on what the freight companies charge us. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. UPDATED: I do apologize for your frustration. We stand by that we are not responsible for any delays or issues the carriers may encounter. Once the product leaves the facility it is out of our control and in the hands of the carriers. However, if they do encounter delays or issues we are happy to work with the customer to find the best possible solution, if one can be provided. Hi. I apologize if you feel our customer service was less then exceptional. Upon review of the order in question, you provided a prescription that did not state a brand which is required by Federal Law. Our quality control team listened to the call which they determined that our customer service team politely advised you of the discrepancy. As our agent politely advised in both email and over the phone, contact lenses are a medical device and per Federal Law they require you to be fitted and prescribed a particular brand for the prescription to be valid. Contact Lens King takes following Federal Law guidelines very seriously therefor, our agent asked your permission to fax the doctor for the prescription verification. In return, you sent another prescription however, the brand listed did not match the brand you were trying to purchase. In a follow up email from our team, they kindly explained the difference in brand and why we could not fill the order as entered as it is against Federal Law. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you but Federal Law states contact lens wearers can only purchase the brand they have been fitted and prescribed for. It has been determined by our quality control team and management team that our agents here at Contact Lens King acted respectively and kindly in explaining the law.
