Price increased substantially from first purchase to second. Unless this is corrected, I will use a different vendor.

It cost me $8 dollars to wait for 2 weeks!! Usually they are really good so I keep ordering from them. I know they can't control the mail, but this was not cool.

I received a pop up advertisement on the sale of contacts. When I ordered the price of the contacts was higher and then when I checked out there was a processing fee of $17.95. I called and was told the processing fee was incurred because I ordered two boxes, but if I ordered one box I would not be charged the processing fee. I changed my order to one box to avoid the fee. Then when I tracked the shipping through the USPS tracking service. The tracking information showed "package delivered to military agent". I called and Amanda said she would call me back the next day. She did and told me the contacts had been sent to the post office and should be received by me on 4/13/21. We'll see. I will shop around for another supplier.

Extra fees for shipping and handling were excessive. No issues with order. Cost was comparable to eye doctor.

Your prices for the lenses were competitive. However, your additional fees are nothing more than a naked, blantant method to pad your revenues, to cover your "discounted" prices. It's shameful, and fools no one.

The contacts will occasionally somehow (explained by customer service) turn over in the tiny package. This prevents you from assuming the contact is not inside out. So if you could fix the occasional inside out contact situation then it would be perfect. There is nothing more frustrating to have to take your contact out because it was on inside out.

Good service except for hidden fees thrown at you unexpectedly at checkout. That’s shady and I don’t like it.

Should be a rating between Average and Great. Still good, quick service but lens prices have increased significantly.
