too much money for fee

I’m a returning customer for several years. I was very happy when I learned that during the Pandemic they still take online orders and was willing to help if my prescription is expired and I can’t get one due to the Pandemic. When I placed my order, there was some issue with my previous prescription-my optometrist assistant wrote the wrong brand, this was resolved with the CLK one year ago as well and the doctor had approved it. Now when I’m reorder exact lens CLK first was helpful in email, asked that I call in, then they were very rude in the call, telling me that by law they can't ”change the brand” without the doctor’s approval when during the Pandemic I can't get an approval or new prescription. The representative argued that New York has started Stage 3 so there should not be a problem to get one. But that is not true in NYC. She refused to even hear me so I had to cancel the order. Even though it's difficult to proceed, I really hope that they treat their customer with respect but not shut them out. I will try get my contacts elsewhere when I have an active prescription.

I received the wrong order - it was my error in entering BUT the difference in prescriptions was dramatic!!!!!! While I know they send to the doc if they get no response they simply place the order. So I am out several hundred dollars..... they blame it on a passive - or no response - from the doc's office BUT it is still very maddening. I have not reordered the correct prescription from them. I have been a loyal customer for years and not even being offered a discount on a correct order was very frustrating. Simply too bad....

This batch of contacts I ordered in September has been the worst ever. I have already gone through 5 sets . Some have torn just taking them out. No idea if they were expired or not but this is not acceptable.

Got what I ordered. For some reason the contacts for my right eye don't last more than a couple weeks. Makes for an expensive year.

Love this place to buy my kids their lenses.
