the customer service is above and beyond normal. When I have a question, it's always answered right away. My credit card expired on my account which left my shipment "sitting" and they were on top of it and fixed it for me effortlessly!

The overall experience was very good.....but....I don't understand how any company (not just Contact Lens King) can advertise a price online for contacts but then come through with an equal amount of a surcharge on the order. No company should be able to advertise that way. That's really my only beef that I cannot legally understand. You all have a good member experience but that part does not seem right.

Ordering was very easy on the website. SO fast on the delivery; Contact Lens King shipped my order on the same day I submitted my order, so that was great. I saved the equivalent of $140 this year versus buying at my optometrist's office. Thank you for the great service!
