Ordered contacts about a week ago. Inquired about status as it still stated processing. Reached out to customer service as to why and come to find out one of my prescriptions was on backorder. If I didn't have a pressing issue in needing them, it wouldn't have been a problem. I had to order from a different company and they had no issues in giving me a refund. CLK is still my go-to for my contact needs; I just had to have them quick in this instance.

Best prices on contact lenses. They get you with the "processing" fee, but their prices are still lower than the rest. Had a shipping delay and Kyrstn upgraded me to overnight shipping for free. Excellent customer service!
