Excellent customer service! I was out of town and forgot my contacts. All it took was one call and they were able to deliver them to me on the opposite coast the next day. Very reasonable shipping cost too. My customer service agent ( I think Melissa) took the time to make sure the order was in properly to be processed immediately. She saved the day!
