painful website for making an order. entering a discount code was laborious. prices doubled, since first order?

We do try to keep our pricing as low as we can , however if the manufacture raises their pricing with us we have to intern do the same .

Good prices, but only if you know how
They have significantly different prices depending on how you enter the site. Go through google shopping to get a better price, don't go directly to the site.

Poor Sales Person, Otherwise Great!
I only have an issue with the person who placed the order. I decided to buy 2 boxes of each. The staff person said, “There will be a $7.95 delivery cost if you buy 2 of each box”. I remarked that it didn’t make any sense to have delivery on a larger order and then changed my order to 1 box of each - specifically to save the high delivery fee. I voiced this decision strategy, but was never told I would still have the same delivery fee. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this company.

I didn’t receive the 15% off my order for auto-renew of my prescription, so I’m not sure if I will stick with Contact Lens King for my next order.

Processing Fee should have a limit
I did see the notification there was going to be a processing fee and also saw it before finalizing my order. There should be a maximum on that fee because a Processing Fees $104.90 is very expensive.

Price is great .. Processing Issues
Placing order is easy, price is great... My only complaint is every time I place an order I get an email saying my card was declined. The first time I called & was told my order went through without having to make any changes. The second time I did not call & got an email saying my order was shipped. This last order was my third... I got 2 emails saying my card was declined (one over the weekend). Before I could call on Monday, I got an email saying order had shipped.

Price increase for reorder
Quick response, reordering is a little confusing, and very big increase in price from the first order. I will look around to check comparative prices before I reorder.
