HI Andrea. We do apologize if you feel it took a little longer to receive your order. We do see it was placed after hours on 12/3 , we received , processed and shipped the order 12/6. Typical delivery with Priority Mail is 2-3 business days ,unfortunately USPS is experiencing delays due to the holidays and covid and it did take an additional day to deliver.

HI Olivier, I do apologize you have experienced this , we do receive our lenses sealed directly from the manufacture. We will get this taken care of for you today and send you 2 replacements. If you need anything further please contact customer service Monday-Friday 830am-5pm EST.
